การมาต้อนรับนักเรียน-นักศึกษา
จะมีผู้มาต้อนรับนักเรียน-นักศึกษาถึงท่าอาศยานนานาชาติโอ๊คแลนด์ไปพักอยู่กับครอบครัวเจ้าของภาษา ที่พีทีอังง่า ด้วยรถแท็กซี่/รถโดยสาร เรายังให้บริการส่งนักเรียน-นักศึกษาหลักสูตรระยะสั้นและผู้ที่พักอยู่ในฟาร์ม (Farmstay) กลับด้วย

การให้คำปรึกษา
ก่อนเริ่มการศึกษา นักเรียน-นักศึกษาจะได้รับคำแนะนำรายละเอียดต่าง ๆ เกี่ยวกับโรงเรียน ปรัชญาการศึกษา และเกี่ยวกับตัวเมืองโดยที่ปรึกษาที่สามารถพูดภาษาเดิมของท่าน และเปิดโอกาสให้ซักถามสิ่งต่าง ๆ ท่านสามารถเข้าพบที่ปรึกษาต้นภาษาเดิมของท่านได้โดยการนัดหมายล่วงหน้า เราสนับสนุนให้นักเรียน-นักศึกษาของเราใช้ภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ตลอดเวลา เจ้าหน้าที่ของเราจะพยายามทำตัวให้พร้อมเพื่อที่จะช่วยเหลือนักเรียน-นักศึกษาให้รู้สึกเพลิดเพลินกับการอยู่กับเราให้มากที่สุด
